PRC Executive Director
Rachel Le Mieux
Head Coach, Montlake Rowing Club
Rachel has been deeply immersed in rowing since 1979 and currently serves as the Executive Director of Pocock Rowing Club. She is a USRowing Level III Certified Coach with a Master’s degree in Sports Coaching & Leadership from Drexel University. In addition to her coaching expertise, Rachel is a USRowing Referee and a World Rowing Umpire. Her commitment to the sport is further demonstrated through her role as Regatta Director for the Pink Ribbon Row and the Pac12 and GNAC Collegiate Championships in 2023. Rachel’s professional approach is guided by two core philosophies: First, to excel in any role one takes on, striving to be the best during their tenure; and second, to achieve success through transparency and collaboration. She believes that true success emerges from embracing change, being accountable, and ensuring equal opportunities for everyone to flourish.

Judy MG
Treasurer, Montlake Rowing Club
Jody has been a member at Pocock for more than ten years and currently rows with and serves as treasurer for Montlake Rowing Club. Her rowing “career” started in 1973 as a lightweight rower on the first women’s team at the University of Notre Dame, followed by coaching for two years before pursuing a degree in exercise physiology at Purdue. Wanting to continue to row while working as a research tech in her hometown of Indianapolis, she helped establish the first rowing club there in 1982. After moving to Seattle, Jody rowed off and on at Green Lake for many years before joining Pocock. A little more than a decade ago she renewed her connection to ND by founding an alumnae rowing team, the NDames, that competes several times a year in various masters races throughout the country. During her 30-year professional career as a podiatric physician, she served 11 years on the Board of the Washington State Podiatric Medical Association, including two years as president. Now retired, Jody enjoys traveling with her wife, puttering in her garden and hanging out with her grandchildren.
