Diversity in the Boathouse: It Takes All of Us
Our mission is to foster an inclusive rowing community, support fitness, recreation, and skill development, and provide competitive local, national and international racing opportunities for rowers of all skill levels.
In our newly adopted by-laws we have made a commitment to adopt, maintain and promote a policy incorporating the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the governance and operations of the Pocock Rowing Club. We are now writing a DEI plan with input from our members, and a link will be active from this page when it is finalized.
